Fresh flowers can’t go back in the cooler once they leave, so every sale at United is final, memberships included. That’s also why Gold never renews on its own: you only pay again if you decide it was worth it.

Who can join?
Anyone. You don’t need a business or a seller’s permit: Gold is for homes, parties, weddings, designers and decorators alike.
Does it renew automatically?
No. Your membership is valid for one year and is never renewed on its own. To renew, you simply register again at the end of your term.
Is there a minimum purchase?
No. There are no required monthly purchases. Buy one bunch or a hundred tables’ worth.
Do I pay sales tax?
Yes. Gold members pay the wholesale price plus sales tax.
Can I get my flowers delivered?
Yes. We offer same-day delivery across the Bay Area with our 20 vans, or you can visit us 7 days a week at 2350 Harris Way, San José.
Can I prepare my arrangements at United?
Yes. Buy your flowers at Gold prices and rent our Work Station & Cooler: two 4×8 ft tables, buckets with water and cooler storage, $200 a day during business hours (a separate service).
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final, memberships included. That’s why there’s no auto-renewal: you only pay again if Gold was worth it.
